Biography
Misbah-ul-Haq is a former Pakistani cricketer and captain, renowned for his calm demeanor and tactical acumen. Known as the "Captain Cool" of Pakistan, he played a pivotal role in stabilizing the national team during challenging times. Misbah led Pakistan to the No.1 Test ranking in 2016 and was instrumental in several historic victories. A dependable middle-order batsman, he combined patience with occasional aggression, famously scoring the then-fastest Test fifty. After retirement, he also served as Pakistan’s head coach and chief selector, continuing to contribute to the game with integrity and discipline.
